- Pick a job. Find a bore job on Underground Weekly, or email us one from anywhere.
- We pull everything on the job: bid docs, plans, quantities, deadlines, submission rules, bonding and insurance requirements.
- We build a rough estimate from the published cost-per-foot rate card on 406ug.com and your own rates, which you enter once in the rates form below. Every packet is labeled ROUGH ESTIMATE / DRAFT for your review.
- We email you the packet. Reply "approved", or reply with plain changes like "raise footage to $42/ft" or "add $3,000 for traffic control". We revise and re-send until you approve.
- You sign and submit the bid yourself, in your own name. We never submit a bid and never sign anything.
